VOIP PLATFORM is an up–to-date application and hardware solution for delivery of voice communication services, built with the advanced Internet technologies basing on a HP media platform (Open Call Media Platform). It is also equipped with integration modules for softswitch telecommunication devices.

The whole platform content, both text and multimedia, is managed with Content Management System (CMS) – SDL Tridion R5.

The main aim of the VOIP PLATFORM is to deliver features, which enable providing end the users with reliable and high quality services in a VoIP channel, such as:

• VoIP telephony;
• voicemail available simultaneously in a voice channel (via IVR) and in WWW and e-mail channels;
• virtual fax machine available in WWW and e-mail channels (sending PDF and JPG files as a fax, outbox, inbox, fax archive);
• organisation of teleconferences (automatic teleconference set-up at a defined time with defined numbers at the subscriber’s expense);
• virtual switchboard (IP PBX) managed from the WWW level (main number, shortened numbering, freely developed IVR announcement tree, managed by the customer);
• IVR service voice configurator (feature tree navigation using IVR technique).
