IT project management

An IT project, within a critical area of a company’s activity, usually carries hope connected with achieving defined business benefits, but also a risk of failure. The menace of a considerably exceeded project completion time and the resultant organisational problems, budget overspend and hidden overheads are frequently the elements discouraging companies from completing ambitious and innovative IT projects. 

An IT project does not have to be a great unknown which will yield anticipated business benefits or not after a few weeks or months. A correctly managed project allows controlling the possibilities of achieving the anticipated benefits throughout the project, as well as allowing progress monitoring and the current risk. Some of the key elements of achieving success in project completion are correctly and reasonably used project management methodologies. 

IT.expert has a group of Project Managers certified in the Prince2 methodology to Practitioner level. Our project Team consists of people with experience in managing complex integration projects with budgets exceeding 10 million PLN.
