Training placements give an opportunity to recognise one’s skills, knowledge and predispositions. They also allow one to become familiar with the nature of work in a specified position, duties and, first and foremost, the nature of the industry.

Trainees play an important role in our personnel policy. They form a potential in which we seek competent and loyal employees. Therefore, we see training placements as an excellent opportunity to meet young, creative and ambitious people. Very often, the trainees become our permanent employees. We give references to each trainee.
